Creation and sale of QR codes for memorial purposes
Hosting of digital tribute pages
Design and sale of memorial products

3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content
By submitting content to QR Afterlife, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with our services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit this content.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and software related to QR Afterlife services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent.

6. Refunds and Warranty
Physical Products (Medallions and Plaques)
We guarantee that our medallions and plaques will be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for their intended purpose.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 14 days after purchase.

Electronic Products (Pet and Human Tribute Pages)
Our digital services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for the specified purpose.
If our digital service fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to have the issue rectified within a reasonable time or receive a refund.

General Policy
Proof of purchase is required for all refund or warranty claims.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on customized or personalized products, such as engraved QR codes.
Our consumer guarantees apply in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Claims Process
Contact our customer service team with details of the issue and proof of purchase.
For physical products, we require the item to be returned for in the original packaging for inspection.
For digital services, we will assess the issue and provide a remedy or refund as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability
QR Afterlife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
